I attended the Lyme Out Retreat 2007. There were ten people in attendance. It was an intimate setting in which to heal from some of the physical and emotional effects of Lyme Disease. There were support circles, drumming circles and art therapy. Here is the collage I made.

I found myself facing my own self again, again and again. Lyme Disease has accompanied me here and, perhaps, abandoned me there. Only I and my spiritual realization can walk me from this space once I have learned all that I need.

I met a couple who have had success with Immune Response Training
in recovering from emotional blockages which may be diminishing their immune systems' ability to defend the body from Lyme Disease.

I learned about nettle infusion, which may be helpful for me in quelling some of the anxiety and fear. These are two of the strongest emotions I now experience.

I began listening to Venerable Robina Courtin and her teachings on Transforming Problems at the Kurukulla Center. They are extremely helpful during ths time. The concept of karma helps in explaining Lyme Disease. Ven. Robina says karma is logical.

After I complete my cold laser treatments, I clear out the debris with a foot detoxification bath using the EB Pro. It is called Cellular Cleanse Therapy. By the color charts, I can see that I am releasing black flecks, heavy metals. The water is a brownish color indicating the release of toxins from joints.

At my last laser session, it looks as if CMV and EBV have been eliminated. I feel good, with a consistent energy. My brain is functioning at a higher level also. I feel sharper.

We are still working on the secondary Lyme and I do herx around the hips, lower back and in my right hand.

I like that little 14 x 24 beige brown looped across mat. I wash it every so often and the loops liven up, becoming round again.

When I take coffee enemas, I lay on the cool marble floor the way my petite black cat used to when he was alive.

I want the mat to always be there. I want it to never wear. I do not want to throw it out and abandon it to some landfill among sandwich bags and sardines. I want to keep it under my wet feet forever. I do not want to get any older nor get any younger. I want a smile when I look in the mirror.

I awoke, revved up and full of fear this morning. I took two L-Theanine to abate it. I am tired. When will I be normal again? Was I ever? Is this just another layer? I just want a smile.

I had my second laser session this week. It looks and feels promising. I herx a bit after the assistant lasers the hip area.

I had my second lesson in bee keeping yesterday. I enjoy the buzz sonata. It soothes and holds the soul.

Today, I will take a 6-8 stings on acupoints along my spine.
Melittin, the primary ingredient of bee venom is effective against Lyme.

I started cold laser therapy yesterday. The doctor tested me using frequencies emitted by the Erchonia cold laser while muscle testing me.

I have no current or active Lyme (6 months of IV Abx must have done their job). Babesia was not present. Secondary Lyme was present as was Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) and Cytomegalovirus (CMV). The doctor also puts the laser on different parts of the body to see which organs are most affected. Cerebellum and brain stem were repeatedly affected.

About half an hour after I was treated with laser for Lyme across my hips, I began to herx where I usually herx...in the tail bone and across the lower back.

This morning when I woke up, I had a herx in my usual herxing place and also a stiffness in my right hand. Mind you, I have not herxed in a couple weeks. To me, this is an indication that something happened with the application of the laser yesterday. I have spoken to people who have had good results using this therapy for Lyme and its co-infections.

It should take 4 -6 sessions to take care of these issues and then we move onto other co-infections, microbes and parasites.
