No herxing today except for that emotion called fear. I remember that I am due for my period so this fear is not Lyme produced but hormone produced perhaps.

Added the Marrow Plus today. Managing these supplements and med.s and their times is overwhelming. Should I type out what I am taking? I am not up for it right now.
