FEAR and then some
Lyme Disease provides me with a glass wall to my core beliefs. I can see them clearly but I cannot touch them or alter them...that has been the crux of my pain.
Today, there is less fear after crying for the past two days and then also this morning as I was preparing my morning supplements.
I think my right ankle being sore is a herx and there is a tightness/ minor irritation around my hips and in the groin area.
