Patience
Two steps forward and three steps back...it is a dance with patience. Wow I felt great and today, wow, I must take it slow.
I started the Tindamax this week. My left hip is numb and my right hand stiff. Instead of the 500 mg.s twice a day that I was prescribed, I am moving into it more slowly. I am taking 250 mg.s twice a day, thanks to the lymenet.org discussion groups. Most people recommend easing into it. There is no need to Herx out like that.
